Customer, strategy and innovation consultant - Part Time (3 Days per week) 8 Week contract
We’re looking for an adaptable and reliable Technical Project Manager to join our team.
You may have had previous experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect where requirements gathering and technical documentation is an area of comfort for you. The role will also include supervision of a UX and research team. This is an 8 week contract. The project consists of the development of a public facing website, portal and CRM solution.
We need someone who revels in the wonder of the world we live in and simultaneously recognises the challenges and opportunities exponential growth can create. You will have a strong core skillset that allows you to see business problems, diagnose why the problem exists and create potential solutions.
Project scoping, planning and estimation of project cost
Manage UX resources through scoping and design
Manage the clients and any vendors as required (Marketing technology vendors and others)
Technical Requirements gathering / stakeholder management with client’s internal IT team
Technical documentation such as requirements specification, functional specification, and component specification
Cost breakdown module by module to front end development
Data analysis; ability to review data warehouse and determine best use of that data to fulfil on CRM and other components
Client facing; confidence, presentation and communication are paramount.
Unorthodox/creative thinker; able to consider solutions outside of the box.
Easy going/calming presence.
Agile delivery experience within digital product development lifecycles
Very well organised.
Great communication both written and verbal.
MySQL; this will aid in the data analysis.
Email campaign platform experience is desirable
eComm or Online Education experience highly desirable
Interest in Service design
